On the following page you will be allowed to choose your parameters. They are:
Number of Cells: Maximum number of Ab/Ag Complexes to Form. Any integer on the interval (0, Infinity).
Number of Timesteps: Total number of Timesteps for which to run the Simulation. Any integer on the interval (0, Infinity).
Readout Interval: How often to receive output from the Simulation. Any integer on the interval (0, Number of Timesteps].
Epitope Concentration: Concentration of the Antigen. Any real number on the interval [0,1].
Antibody Concentrations: Concentration of the different Antibodies. Any real number on the interval [0,1].
(applies to P1C1, P1C2, P2C1, P2C2, P3C1, P3C2)
Accessibility Factor: Modifies the 'accessibility' of the complex. Any real number on the interval [0, Infinity).
Random Seed: Seed for the random number generator. Any real number.
There are two versions currently available:
Accessibility as Inverse Cube (more realistic)
Accessibility as Direct Inverse (faster)
